The Opportunity

We're seeking motivated HVAC Install Helpers with at least one year of install experience to join our team. You'll work alongside experienced Install Leads, gaining hands-on experience while delivering top-tier service. If you're career-minded and ready to grow in the trade, this role is for you.

Compensation Benefits
• $20-22/hour starting pay, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
• Work alongside experienced HVAC Install Technicians in customers' homes as they install HVAC and ancillary systems
• Communicate effectively with customers and present a professional company image
• Attend paid classroom training 2-3 times per month

Requirements
• Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
• Driver's License and clean driving record
• Ability to use power and hand tools
• Ability to regularly lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to follow instructions and respond to feedback
• Preferably 6 months to a year of experience

Schedule: M-F, every other Saturday. 7 AM - 5 PM
