Job Title: HR Trainee – Talent Acquisition

Location: Agra

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:-

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented **HR Trainee** who has basic knowledge of recruitment and hands-on exposure to job portals. The candidate will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities:-
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals
• Screen resumes as per job requirements
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and update ATS
• Follow up for feedback, offer letters, and joining formalities
• Maintain daily recruitment tracker and reports

Eligibility Criteria:-
• Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
• Basic understanding of recruitment process
• Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Good MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

• Good coordination & follow-up skills
• Ability to handle multiple profiles simultaneously
• Learning attitude & ownership mindset
• Detail-oriented and organized
