Job description
As a Senior Manager, Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success through effective people management.
About the Role
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to employees and management, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations in India.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with the extended leadership team to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Promote a positive work culture by supporting employee development initiatives, such as mentoring programs and career progression plans.
• Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.
• Lead talent management initiatives in India, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives in India, partnering with leadership and HR teams.
• Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to inform management decision-making.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's Degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, with 3 years of people management experience.
• Proven experience in HR business partnering roles, preferably in India, with team management experience.
• Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Familiarity with HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
