Job Description
We are urgently looking for a Human Resource Specialist who is proactive, responsible, and has a positive attitude. The ideal candidate should be approachable, open-minded, and capable of handling HR tasks efficiently without ego issues or excessive mobile distractions during work hours. Additionally, the candidate should be able to oversee and manage audits related to HR and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and leave management.
• Ensure HR compliance and manage internal and external audits related to HR processes, documentation, and labor laws.
