ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•handle employee life-cycle.
•You will ensure that the all the compliances are
being met in a timely manner working closely with our compliance team.
•You will be responsible for attendance
management and PAYROLL.
•You will maintain data for analytics and metrics
•You will be responsible for Performance
Management System.
•You will be responsible for maintaining the HRMIS.
•You will conduct employee engagement activities.
•You will formulate and implement HR policies.
•You will help organization to build and maintain its culture and climate.
•You will handle all employee grievances and
queries
