UK People Advisor - This role sits within a large, fast paced global organization, supporting both a core business division and central corporate functions. It focuses on delivering strategic HR support, managing employee relations, and driving people initiatives across multiple regions, while ensuring compliance and enabling effective leadership:
• Day rate up to £220 (inside IR35)
• Immediate start
• 6 month contract
Needs to have:
• Previous experience in an HR / People role and handling people relations matters and supporting people leaders performance management.
• Strong understanding of UK labour employment laws.
• Run TUPE processes when applicable and other Adhoc projects.
