Human Resources Manager (Unpaid Till Funding)

The Human Resources Manager (Unpaid Till Funding) will oversee and develop core HR functions to support Bytescares growing team in Gurugram. This full-time, on-site role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes, while helping to build policies, frameworks, and HR systems aligned with company goals. The manager will handle performance management processes, employee relations, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Responsibilities also include maintaining HR documentation and compliance, coordinating training and development programs, and partnering with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. The role starts as unpaid until company funding is secured, after which a compensation structure will be formalized.
Qualifications

Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Ability to design and implement HR policies, processes, and frameworks that support organizational growth.Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to engage and support team members at all levels.Skills in HR data management, documentation, and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.Experience with HRIS or HR tools, and comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage or startup environment.Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.High level of integrity, discretion with sensitive information, and willingness to take on an unpaid role until funding is secured. .
