As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, and policy development. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment to hire talented professionals aligned with the company's vision. • Oversee candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. • Address employee concerns and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner. • Foster a positive workplace environment that promotes engagement and retention. • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll processing. • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. • Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems. • Collaborate with department heads to identify training and growth opportunities for employees. • Draft and update HR policies and ensure their smooth implementation. • Educate employees on policies, ensuring transparency and compliance. • Organize training sessions to upskill employees and enhance productivity. Qualifications and Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a full-time HR role. • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in HR software/tools is an added advantage.
