Job Overview As we expand and launch a new office in Q4 2026, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager based in Ahmedabad, India, to oversee recruitment, payroll, benefits, and office culture. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of end-to-end hiring experience, particularly in technology companies, and is well-versed in managing in-person office culture and events. This role requires deep experience in the Ahmedabad market, and only local candidates will be considered. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, with a focus on roles such as software engineers, project managers, and technical staff. - Manage payroll, employee benefits, and HR compliance for the office, ensuring timely and accurate execution. - Foster a positive and engaging office culture by organizing in-person events, team-building activities, and other initiatives that support employee happiness and productivity. - Collaborate with department leads to understand hiring needs and align HR strategies with business objectives. - Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, helping to resolve conflicts and ensure a positive work environment. - Ensure HR processes are compliant with local labor laws and regulations. - Develop and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and performance. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically for technology companies. - 2+ years of experience managing HR functions, including payroll and benefits, within the Ahmedabad market. - 2+ years of experience creating and maintaining a positive office culture, including organizing events and employee engagement initiatives. - Proven experience hiring for technical roles such as software engineers and project managers. - Strong understanding of local labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
