We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team and support our expanding cleaning business. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, highly organized, and experienced in managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of cleaning staff
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
Handle payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and scheduling
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Promote a positive and respectful work environment
Resolve employee conflicts and support performance management
Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Knowledge of Canadian labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism
HR certification or diploma is an asset
