NOTE: This is an Unpaid Internship (Location: Kothrud, Pune)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage recruitment and selection.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation.
• Identify and manage training and development needs for employees.
• Develop, Implement and Administer Human Resources policies and procedures
• Posting job descriptions and screening applications based on required parameters
• Contacting applicants for their availability for the interview process.
• Take updates from all the department
• Evaluate individual candidates and understand their experience working with us and improve the overall team engagement
• Working in the Inflow and Outflow of the candidate.
• Plan and execute strategies to improve the work culture of the organization.
Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the Principles and Practices of HR Management.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
