Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth process.
3. Support HR team with data preparation and analysis for various projects and reports.
4. Assist with onboarding new hires and organizing orientation programs.
5. Participate in HR meetings and contribute ideas for improving HR processes.
