About The Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Sourcing from job portals, references, databases, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
• Studying & understanding the job requirements received from the clients
• Evaluating the different sourcing methods for such requirements
• Generating a pool of suitable & interested candidates from various sources
• Screening & shortlisting the profiles
• Interviewing & preparing candidates for further rounds with clients
• Following up actively with the candidate until the joining of the candidate
• Maintaining various internal reports & client reports
• Working on client acquisition
• Onboarding/Sourcing new clients
