About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required
2. Dealing with email enquiries
3. Taking minutes
4. Working on diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
5. Working on data entry
6. Handling general office management such as ordering stationary
7. Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
8. Arranging both internal and external events
+. Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
10. Providing administration support to internal employees
11. Booking tickets
12. Working on hotel reservations
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 26th Aug'22 and 30th Sep'22
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Stipend:
INR 7,000 /month
