We are seeking a versatile and proactive Human Resource Generalist to oversee daily HR operations in our cloud kitchen. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing key HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth HR operation while contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Onboarding:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, interviews, hiring decisions.
• Conduct new hire onboarding, ensuring employees are effectively integrated into the company.
• Payroll Benefits Administration:
• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring proper handling of employee compensation.
• Administer employee benefits programs and handle related queries.
• Employee Engagement Relations:
• Plan and execute employee engagement programs, events, and activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, handling grievances and resolving workplace conflicts.
• Performance Management:
• Support managers in conducting performance reviews and implementing performance improvement plans.
• Assist in tracking employee development and training needs.
• HR Compliance Policies:
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update company policies, employee handbooks, and other HR documentation.
• Training Development:
• Facilitate training programs and workshops to promote employee growth and skill development.
• Collaborate with department heads to create development plans for staff.
• Employee Records Data Management:
• Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attendance, and performance data.
• Use HR software to manage employee data and generate HR reports.
• Health Safety:
• Ensure workplace health and safety regulations are followed, conducting risk assessments where necessary.
