Qualifications
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) management
• Experienced in HR policies and employee benefits administration
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Familiarity with current HR laws and regulations in India
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Professional certification in HR is a plus
