Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist with the following requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
• Devise and implement overall recruitment strategy
• Manage the recruitment, selection & employee onboarding and offboarding process
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Strong understanding of legal HR Compliances and industry norms
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Key Requirements:
• Bachelors or similar degree
• Min 1-2 years experience in HR function
• Min 1 years experience in any reputed Advertising/ PR agency
Key Competencies:
• People oriented and results driven
• Problem Solving Skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to simplify processes
Location: New Delhi
Preferred: Candidates residing in Delhi/ NCR
