Role and Responsibilities:
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be an integral part of our HR team, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with our company’s goals and values.
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Conduct effective onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.
• Assist in resolving employee conflicts and concerns, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Performance Management:
• Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
• Assist in identifying training and development needs.
• Compliance and Policy Adherence:
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are in compliance.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Benefits Administration:
• Administer employee benefits
