Human Resources Fresher

As a fresher in the HR industry, you may be given various responsibilities, including:

Recruitment and Selection: One of the primary responsibilities of an HR fresher is to assist in the recruitment and selection process. This includes posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing job offers.

Onboarding and Orientation: HR fresher may also be responsible for onboarding new hires and conducting orientation programs to introduce them to the organization's culture, policies, and procedures.

Employee Engagement: HR fresher may assist in developing and implementing employee engagement programs to boost employee morale, job satisfaction, and retention rates.

HR Administration: HR fresher may be responsible for maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, and processing payroll.

Performance Management: HR fresher may assist in monitoring and evaluating employee performance, conducting performance appraisals, and developing performance improvement plans.
