Job Description
This is a full-time Human Resources Executive role located in Jaipur. The role involves HR management, operations, employee relations, and policy implementation. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR functions on-site, ensuring employee satisfaction, and aligning HR policies with the company's goals.
Qualifications
• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Employee Relations and HR Policies knowledge
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Knowledge of HRMS tools and basic labor laws

• Timings: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Location: 4th Floor, Bidla Sons Tower, Ajmer Rd, near Elements Mall, DCM, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021
