We are seeking a Junior Human Resources Executive to join our team in Amreli. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment skills, along with a robust understanding of various HR functions.

Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar HR role.
• Effective recruitment skills (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in employee relations and the ability to foster a positive work environment.
• Strong performance management capabilities, including handling appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Sound knowledge of HR policies and ability to implement them effectively.
• Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs.
