Duties and responsibilities
• Responsible for the entry /mid level recruitment functions of the hotel
• Responsible for the implementation of on boarding of new colleagues
• Drive colleague communication through various channels
• Works with Training Manager to co ordinate various training programmes
• Maintenance of HR Records
• Responsible for the administration of Human Resources related statutory compliances
• Liaises with hotel management and other institutions
• Drive various colleague engagement initiatives
• Act as a point of contact for all colleagues when in need
• Support drive various IHG people initiatives at the hotel
• Regular cordial interactions with colleagues to make them feel ‘ Accessible HR’
Qualifications and requirements
Bachelors Degree/ A post graduation in Human Resources Management is desirable
2 years’ related experience in Human Resources
