JECRC Foundation is looking for Human Resource Executive, a graduate in Engineering is preferable, with excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Office, and Powerpoint, and Good communication and presentation skills in English.
Job Description:
• Creation of Student database and generation of reports based on it.
• Maintain records and files pertaining to Placement and Internships, and Industry database.
• Approaching and scouting Reputed Companies/ Recruitments SPOCS for placements
• Maintain a Database of potential Recruiters, and maintain good relations with them to explore avenues for Placement / Internships.
• Coordination with the Training cell and TPOs of concerned streams during pre-placement and skill-building training.
• Coordinating & Performing all duties during and post placement drives till onboarding of selected students.
Emoluments: Rs. 22,000/- per month consolidated
