Position: HR Executive

Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing end to end recruitment life cycle.
• Sourcing CVs through Job Portals, Employee Referrals, social media and other sources of recruitment
• Building and maintaining cordial relationships with relevant stakeholders.
• Responsible for enhanced candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files
• Assist in Onboarding ,Exit formalities etc
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
• Grievance handling and disciplinary action at HO

Skills:

Other Requirements:
• Experience: 0-2 yrs
• Education: MBA (mandatory)
