About the Role
We are looking for a motivated HR Coordinator (Fresher) to join our HR team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to start their career in Human Resources and gain exposure to end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. Strong communication skills in English and Kannada are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Post job openings and support candidate sourcing
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
Employee Relations
• Handle basic HR-related employee queries
• Support in resolving employee concerns
• Promote a positive work environment
HR Administration
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in documentation (joining, exit, etc.)
• Support payroll and benefits coordination
• Help in preparing HR reports
Training & Development
• Assist in organizing training sessions
• Track participation and collect feedback
Compliance
• Support HR policy adherence and documentation
• Assist in basic compliance and reporting tasks
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Strong communication skills in English & Kannada (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in HR
