Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Human Resources Coordinator will touch all areas of HR and is responsible for the facilitation of human resource processes at all locations, including assisting with on-boarding, employee changes, data/file maintenance, off-boarding as well as assisting with the recruiting process. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, has clear communication and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, can-do approach. This position is onsite in our San Francisco office.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensures employee records are maintained and accurate; provides analytics/reports as needed.
• Owns core HR processes, such as onboarding, changes, and off-boarding.
• Collaborates with an external partner(s) on benefit and leave administration.
• Assist with coordinating events, activities and general office management.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition on interview scheduling, recruiting activities, and intern events.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
• Two (2) plus years of experience in HR preferred.
• Stellar organization, eye for detail, and follow-through.
• Process-oriented and enjoys simplifying even the most complex.
• Optimistic, with an eagerness to help others.
• Keen emotional intelligence and steadfast composure.
• Technology know-how with the ability to pick up quickly on new/unfamiliar systems.
• Solid communicator with a proactive approach to getting things done.
