Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• HR Generalist Tasks: Provide comprehensive HR support across various functions, including employee files, onboarding, engagement, and talent management.
• Benefits Management: Support HRBPs for employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and other perks, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with regulations.
• AI Integration: Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance HR processes, data analysis, and decision-making.
• HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by engaging employees, encouraging their participation, and recognizing their contributions.
• Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance on change management processes and best practices.
• Compliance and Legal: Ensure HR processes comply with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and secure employee records.
• MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency in MS office tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel, and others.
• Onboarding and Induction: Lead end-to-end onboarding and induction programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions and integration for new hires.
• Employee Relations and Engagement: Address employee queries efficiently.
• Data Administration and Reporting: Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in employee HR records and databases.
• Payroll and Benefits Administration: Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to address inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
• HR Operations and Compliance: Develop HR policies aligned with labor laws and organizational goals.
• Employee Exit Management: Oversee offboarding processes, including exit clearance and settlements.
• Process Optimization and Innovation: Propose ideas to improve workflows, update knowledge articles, and implement strategies for effective case management and training adherence.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience as an HR Consultant/Operations or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR generalist functions.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies used in HR.
• Expertise in MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
• Experience in the IT industry or a similar field.
