JD for HRBP Role:
• Focus on Employee Engagement at all levels of the organization
• Facilitate Performance Management activities
• Tracking / Reporting Attrition Trends, suggesting and implementing corrective actions
• Work with the HR Leader towards Employee Retention Initiatives
• Providing HR Metrics and Analytics to Management
• Facilitate Performance Improvement counseling for individual employees
• Addressing Employee Queries and Concerns proactively
• Ensuring continued support to Business Unit Managers on an ongoing basis
• Designs succession plans for key talents, key job positions, and talent management
• Drives Performance Management and Talent Engagement/ OD Initiatives.

Skills/ Competencies Required
• Good Analytical ability, good team player
• Ability to influence, convince and persuade
• Hands-on proficiency with MS Office; MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Customer Service Orientation
• Excellent Spoken and Written Communication Skills

Experience in handling employee span of more than 1000

Location - Mumbai/Pune/Chennai

Shift - US Shift

Experience - 4-8 years
