From our 24/7 manufacturing facility in Mangere, Auckland, we produce some of New Zealand's favourite protein snacks, including Beef Jerky, Biltong and Beef Sticks, which are enjoyed locally and exported across Australia and the wider APAC region.

About the Role
As a trusted partner to leaders and team members, you will play a key role in bringing our people strategy to life while supporting the day-to-day needs of our business. Working closely with our manufacturing and operations teams, you will help foster a workplace culture that is safe, engaged, high-performing, and aligned to our values.
What you will do:
Implement APAC policies and processes, championing best practice and supporting a high-performance culture across the business.
Lead recruitment and onboarding activities across our New Zealand operations, delivering a positive candidate and team member experience.
Support performance, development, and capability-building initiatives that help our people grow and succeed.
Qualifications
About You
You are a proactive and relationship-focused HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, influencing positive outcomes, and making a genuine difference to the team member experience.
You will bring:
5+ years' experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or Generalist role.
Strong knowledge of New Zealand Employment Relations legislation and workplace practices.
Experience supporting operational, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, food production, or similar environments.
