Job Description
Role:
The purpose of the HRBP role is to partner with the business to come up with and effectively execute targeted HR interventions, people practices, talent strategies for the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Employee Engagement: Drive Engagement through regular one-on-one connects, skip meetings and leadership connects
• Ensure that new joiner have a good onboarding experience and employees moving from one project to another settle down well
• Career Management: Enable career movements for employees within the organization and create awareness of career paths
• Attrition Management: Proactively connect with employees to ensure problems are addressed, connect with managers, employees and conduct retention discussions
• Talent Management processes: Drive executions of talent management processes in the organization
• Ensure process coverage, track progress of completion and follow up to get it on track
• Drive specific HR interventions as needed
• Compliance and Escalation Management: Handle incidents effectively and bring them to a satisfactory closure: POSH, Ombudsman, Non Compliance issues
• Bench Management - Take Timely action on all bench cases
• PIP Closure - Drive PIP initiation, track regularly and close
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 3 to 4 years of experience in HR
• Communication and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
