Now hiring a Human Resources Administrator for our Embassy Suites Hotel located in Tuscaloosa, AL near the University of Alabama

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will report directly to the hotel General Manager and will act as a support structure for the GM across human resources and finance activity. Your position will be a generalist role meaning you’ll support a range of output across the full Hotelitarian lifecycle. You’ll help to administer and coordinate workload in relation to recruitment & talent attraction, onboarding, training & development, engagement and Hotelitarian relations. In addition, you’ll be supporting finance related tasks such as payroll administration and financial reporting.
You’ll be assisting, supporting, and liaising with Hotelitarians all day! Your job is to support the smooth coordination of the Hotelitarian lifecycle. To help with accomplish this you will be working with a several different systems such as Outlook, Workday, Mineral Training Platform, and other operational systems. You’ll use these systems daily in order to complete tasks and activity. In addition, you’ll have the support and mentorship of the hotel’s General Manager and Finance Director, as well as the Regional HR Director.
