Our team draws insights from a vast repository of real estate data and is led by an IIT Delhi alumnus and a National Institute of Design postgraduate. Roles and Responsibilities
The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience for founders and employees.
• Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and coordinating with candidates.
• Ensure timely payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Support the implementation and documentation of company policies and procedures.
• Handle employee queries and provide timely support or escalate when required.
• Coordinate performance review cycles and maintain related documentation.
• Assist with compliance documentation related to labor laws and internal policies.
• Help organize internal events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.
• Work closely with finance and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role. Candidates with more than 4 years of experience will not be considered for this role.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A proactive and reliable team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
