As a seasoned HR leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's HR strategy, policies, and workforce planning to align with our business objectives.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our HR function and drive organizational success through high-impact strategies and policies. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, HR policy compliance, training and development, performance management, administrative oversight, HR systems management, conflict resolution, and leadership collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support business growth and organizational excellence.
• Talent Management: Design and execute effective recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a motivated, engaged, and high-performing workforce through targeted initiatives and programs.
• HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, legal frameworks, and best HR practices to mitigate risks and optimize operations.
• Training & Development: Develop and deliver employee development programs that build capacity, enhance skills, and promote career growth.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular appraisals, compensation reviews, and professional development planning to drive employee performance and achievement.
Requirements
We seek a seasoned HR leader with a strong track record of success in strategy, operations, and administration. Ideal candidates will possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in HR policy development, talent management, and strategic HR planning. A full-time MBA or post-graduation degree in HR, Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with 7-10 years of experience in HR leadership roles. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and HRMS platforms is required, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
