About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team on a full-time onsite basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, developing policies, overseeing employee benefits, employee engagement, payroll consolidation, and personnel management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages to ensure fairness and equity.
• Oversee personnel management, including recruitment and talent development, to support business growth.
• Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
