MBA(HR) / MSW with 3-7 yrs experience in HR Generalist role.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manpower Planning and Projections: strong focus on job and candidate profiling and timely provision for appropriate Manpower as per Business needs.
• Performance Management: Support execution of performance management process from alignment of individual performance objectives with critical business goals to year end reviews; identification of development needs; inputs and facilitation to ensure quality of PMS; and to support execution of development plans.
• Talent Identification: Responsible for campus hiring and identification and classification of talent pool with Line Managers and discussions for the identified talent pool wrt to critical positions. Deployment of the talent basis skillsets etc.
• Organizational Capability Development: to focus on developing people capability to achieve sustainable business growth in line with the overall objectives of the organization by focusing on Soft Skills Training
• Employee Communication & Involvement: to drive and implement corporate HR strategy and initiatives for enhancing employee engagement. Implement processes for communication on HR policies, organizational changes and business results.
• Third Party staffing: monitoring outsourcing job provider within Nestlé as per guidelines defined.
• HR Statutory Compliance: responsible for the overall HR compliance on Labour Law front in the various functioning of the Branch operations.
