Job Description
Location: Remote/Hybrid (6 days each per week)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administer employee leave of absences from initiation to completion, complying with policy, protocols, and applicable legislation
• Conduct employee benefit administration, including registration, termination, updates and transfers, and audits
• Update HR system with employee information accurately for various processes, including but not limited to new hires, leave of absences and terminations
• Provide monthly reports to the Management regarding summaries, trends, and recommendations
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries from employees, department managers, business partners and other parties
• Assist with the development and distribution of new human resources policies, procedures, and programs
• Help to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable regulations by addressing concerns, identifying concerns, and recommending solutions
• Coordinate training registrations and completions
• Provide assistance with regards to research regarding best practices, legal compliance, or other human resource matters
• Maintain accurate and compliant filing of documentation and personnel records
• Organize and implement employee recognition programs (e.g., long service awards)
• Organize and implement employee wellness programs
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, new technology, talent management, and employment law Perform other assignments, projects, and duties, as required by the Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum two years’ post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
· Minimum two to five years of progressive human resources experience
· CHRP designation or working towards designation, membership in good standing
· Knowledge and experience with HRIS systems
· Ability to act with integrity and deal with and respond to confidential and/or sensitive information in a professional manner
· Excellent organization and time management skills
· Proficient computer and database skills
· Clean criminal and vulnerable sector record or one acceptable to the Executive Director
· A suitable combination of education and experience may be considered
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
