Brief regarding the Organisation: Jain Udyog, established by Sir Ramesh Jain in 1++4, began as a Maruti Suzuki authorized dealership in Tripura. By 2001, it expanded to Silchar, Assam, and in 2006, opened a new body shop in Agartala. Over the years, additional e-outlets were launched in Karimganj, Dharamnagar, and Udaipur. Today, Jain Udyog operates two main outlets, four e-outlets, four r-outlets, three body shops, two commercial outlets, seven workshops, a NEXA showroom, and two True Value outlets. Based in Agartala's Arundhuti Nagar, Jain Udyog is a top Maruti Suzuki service center offering comprehensive car maintenance services, including repairs, inspections, car washes, and wheel alignments. Known for its customer-focused approach and high-quality service, Jain Udyog caters to the diverse needs of its clients with a range of preventive maintenance and repair options.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions for our automobile dealership. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and selection: Oversee the hiring process, from posting job openings to screening resumes to conducting interviews.

Training and development: Develop and implement training programs for employees, both new and experienced.

Performance management: Set performance goals for employees, track their progress, and provide feedback.

Compensation and benefits: Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.

Employee relations: Handle employee complaints and grievances and resolve workplace disputes.

Workplace safety: Ensure that the workplace is safe and healthy for employees.

Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the automobile dealership industry.

· Proven experience in managing HR operations and strategic planning.

· Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Well verse with Bengali language is must.
