About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Lead to manage end-to-end HR operations for our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and creating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and manage interview processes.
• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and campus hiring.
• Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
• Handle offboarding, exit interviews, and full & final settlement coordination.
• Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives.
• Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance discussions.
• Maintain HRIS records and continuously improve HR processes.
Requirements
• 6–7 years of HR Generalist experience with at least 1 year in a Lead or Standalone HR role.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles.
• Hands-on experience in onboarding, offboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement.
• Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity).
• Experience with HRIS/ATS tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
• Experience in a Tech Startup, SaaS, or Product-based company.
• Experience setting up or scaling HR functions.
• MBA in HR or relevant HR certification.
