Job Description
You will be responsible for managing the HR portals, handling employee engagement activities, scheduling and overseeing the training process. You will collaborate with business leaders to assist in achieving strategic objectives, provide HR guidance on policies, procedures, and compliance, manage employee relations, and effectively resolve complex issues. Additionally, you will drive performance management and talent development initiatives, support workforce planning and change management efforts, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for both field and office staff.
You should have an MBA degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in employee engagement and employee branding to qualify for this position. This is a full-time role based in Alwar, Rajasthan, with 5.5 working days per week at the office.,
