• Maintain accurate records and trackers using Google Sheets
• Support recruitment and HR operations across onboarding, documentation, and attendance
• Ensure effective internal communication with clarity and confidence
• Collaborate with the HR team to organize training, reviews, and closures
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or people operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail
