Qualifications
Prior experience in construction or related fields such as manufacturing or remodeling is highly valued
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (Computer Numerical Control), and fabrication techniques
Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution
Hands-on experience in various carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, cabinetry installation, door hanging, and tiles installation, floor installation and drywall
Experience working on construction sites with safety awareness and adherence to OSHA standards
Strong physical ability for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces; excellent teamwork skills are essential

Support restoration projects by performing water damage remediation, mold removal, plastering, stucco application, siding replacement, and fixture installation
