Deputy Manager / Manager - Legal

Print Media litigation- Specialist in Labor Litigation (include Working Journalist Act/ Wage board litigation).

- Legal Documentation- Drafting, vetting, negotiating, preparation and finalization of various

Agreements pertaining to various departments of the company as contract lead Manager.

- Experience in Print Digital media.

- Qualification - LLB/LLM -Experience - 6 to 10 years.

- Must have a very strong litigation skills and sound knowledge of court procedures, drafting and pleading.

- Experience on agreement drafting and advertisement laws/regulations will be added will be added advantage.

- Strong analytical skill, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Business and report writing, Presentation skills.

- Sound knowledge of Labour laws, Working Journalist Act , Data Protection Laws , General Laws, Corporate Laws, Companies Act, SEBI, ICDR Regulations , E-commerce , IP and other related Laws. Read more
