HRBP with Liaison Office based

Hi,

Urgently looking for HRBP with reputed Liaison office based in Delhi.
• Salary UPTO – Rs. 15.00 Lacs

Note - This is 1 year Contractual Role

Some Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Leading Grievance management & Support teams in addressing issues that can potentially increase the risk of conflict & coach business managers to handle internal conflicts.
• Lead employee engagement surveys & promote employee engagement.
• Collect data and support with actions related to relocations, transfers, annual salary review.
• Organize POSH trainings, keeping a track of ongoing cases & update records.
• Organize & interpret Employee Engagement surveys.
• Build trust at all levels of the organization.
• Partner with sales & operations and functions across the organization.
• Interpret data and make recommendations to support the culture and HR strategy.
• Possess good command on MS-Office especially excel.
