Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to source and attract potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings on selected candidates
- Assist in negotiating job offers and compensation packages
- Provide support in employee evaluation processes

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively interview candidates and assess their qualifications
- Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes
- Familiarity with employee evaluation processes
- Strong negotiation skills for job offers and compensation packages
