Trainee - Recruiter:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including preparing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
Key responsibilities involve utilizing various sourcing methods, building talent pools, and developing an understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Candidates typically need technical aptitude, strong communication, and organizational skills.
Trainee programs offer structured learning through mentorship and on-the-job training focused on IT recruitment specifics.
Performance is evaluated using KPIs that track activity, efficiency (like time-to-hire), and quality of hires.
Successful trainees often start as coordinator or junior roles, building core skills in screening, scheduling, and candidate communication.
A strong understanding of IT roles and technologies is crucial for effective sourcing, creating accurate job descriptions, and conducting informed interviews.
The role utilizes various tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM software, job boards, and sourcing platforms.
