Position: HR Trainee
Location: Jaipur
Stipend: Paid from the first of the month
Responsibilities:
• Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and organizing company-wide events.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
• Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, keeping them up-to-date with current regulations and best practices.
• Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, performance management, and employee development activities.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Passionate about building a career in Human Resources, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in HR processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new HR software and tools.
