Position: HR Trainee
Location: Jaipur
Stipend: Paid from the first of the month
Responsibilities:
Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and organizing company-wide events.
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, keeping them up-to-date with current regulations and best practices.
Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, performance management, and employee development activities.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Passionate about building a career in Human Resources, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in HR processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new HR software and tools.
