Key Responsibilities
• Develop and update job descriptions based on hiring needs
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Publish job postings on various recruitment platforms
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements
• Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews
• Support background verification and onboarding activities
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment data
Eligibility Criteria
• 0 - 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles
• Freshers with strong interest in HR can also apply
Required Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with job portals and basic recruitment tools
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
