How You Will Spend Your Days
• Talent Acquisition
• Collaborate with staffing/ recruitment team in hiring right talent in timely manner and fulfil business needs
• Develop pre-engagement framework for new hires, collaborate with managers to ensure execution
• Conduct induction and facilitate the on-boarding of new hires
• Structured connects with new hires to understand their assimilation in to the teams and organization
• Partner with staffing for University Branding and engagement (internship, campus hire)
• Talent Management
• Structured meaningful conversations / connects (team, 1:1, Diversity, top talent, technical, manager, high risk pool)
• Team composition, Team structure, Spans & layers, Job level pyramid
• Employee profiles, competencies (technical / behavioural), individual development plan
• Engage in talent reviews and succession planning discussions and monitor the progress on individual development plans
• Manage performance & compensation reviews (bonus payouts, off cycle corrections, promotions)
• Promote HR programs to drive cultural change across the organization
• Serves as a credible resource for knowledge of the HR technical area and internal policies and procedure
• Develops complex processes or protocols that comply with and support broader HR and organizational policy.
• Coach employees / managers on the career path / progression for deeper engagement
• Acts as a guardian and promoter to design, implement and guards the Employee Value Proposition
