Position - HR Shared Service for a leading company in Mumbai #Navi Mumbai

Designation- Manager/Sr. Manager/ Assist Manager

Location –Navi Mumbai

(Can look for the candidates who are ready to relocate)

Require 8 - 10 years of experience

Manager – Assistant Manager or Manager on papers required

Senior Manager – Manager or Senior Manager on Papers required

Maximum CTC 16 -21 LPA (Included 15% variable)

Wants Immediate Joiners or 1 month is okay

Area of Expertise- Campus hiring, Competitor Mapping RFP Rate card creation, ongoing market intelligence for all verticals, Leading the BGV team.

Should be a meticulous person having eye for detail and someone who understands market dynamics of bpo hiring.

Having BGV experience for few years from overall exp is required

#Only those who have worked in the day shift and managed a team are eligible.

#Do not source individuals who are all working international shifts or Blended process
